Josh Abdulla

Josh Abdulla is Asana's Head of Customer Experience, overseeing the customer success, professional services, and support teams. He brings over two decades of experience in customer-facing roles spanning professional services, tech support, and customer success. Prior to Asana, Josh was Chief Customer Officer at LiveRamp, where he led the company’s Customer Solutions organization, including its global services, customer success, and support teams. A customer experience veteran, he has also held leadership positions at Salesforce, ExactTarget (acquired by Salesforce in 2013), and Model N. He was also co-founder and CEO of Letgive, Inc., a pioneer in online and mobile charitable giving. In addition to his work, Josh is a mentor at Techstars, an investor and adviser for several startups, and a faculty member at the University of Colorado. Josh holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
