Andrew Lindsay has served on our board of directors since July 2021. In May 2022, he joined Microsoft Corporation as Corporate Vice President, Cloud and AI Platforms Business Development. Previously, he held leadership roles at HubSpot, serving as Senior VP of Corporate and Business Development (2020–2022) and VP (2018–2020).

From 2011 to 2017, Mr. Lindsay held several positions at Jawbone, most recently as VP of Corporate Development. His earlier career includes consulting with McKinsey & Company and M&A investment banking with Merrill Lynch & Co. He holds a B.S. in Biology from Howard University, where he co-founded the Center for Digital Business, as well as a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
